About Oldham Seals

Oldham Seals Swimming Club has been at the heart of the local swimming community from the early 19th century  (check out the club history here). The club currently operates out of the newly built Oldham Sports Centre with the aim to provide swimmers in the Borough of Oldham with the best training, encouragement & motivation to bring out their natural ability and potential in order for them to be the best they can possibly be.

Head Coach Jo leads a team of five Coaches along with poolside helpers to provide structured and enjoyable sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Throughout the year as a club we take part in three Central Lancashire Leagues, up to four open gala weekends (meets) , hold our own club championships and have days out as well as presentation nights and fundraising events.

Oldham Seals is a proud club with a family feel, ran by a wonderful committee of volunteers. The club is a non profit organisation, with all funds raised going back into the club or to good local causes.
